National Day Guild Event

Dear members of GaChaPon,

I m pleased to inform you that the long, awaited Guild(Group) Event will be held on the 9th of August 2008(Sat), at 3pm.

Kindly be informed that the above said event will NOT be an INDIVIDUAL but a GROUP event. The objective of this Guild Event is to enhance Guild cohesiveness as well as to get to know EACH and EVERY member BETTER thru this Event. Hence, in order to achieve the above said objective, I sincerely hope that ALL SENIOR members will try to guide all the JUNIOR members along, in this coming Guild Event. There should be no Quarrels, Arguements, KS War(with other Maplers/Outsiders) etc BUT only strong TEAM-WORK among ALL members of each group.

Rules of the Guild Event :

1) Gather at Hennesy, Entrance of Free Market Chn 13 before 2.45pm, 9th of August 2008(Sat)
2) ALL members will be divided into groups of 4-5 (by GM JingJing), LIST of groupings would be announced at 2.45pm.
3) ALL members to follow the grouping that is to be announced ACCORDINGLY. NO CHANGING of groupings is allowed.
4) The Guild Event will be carried out at different Channel for different groups.
5) No TELEPORT rocks, OWLS or other Cash Items to be used during the Guild Event.
6) Strictly NO KS WAR(with OWN members or Outsiders), NO Quarreling/Arguments, NO CHEATS, NO Cursing & Swearing(among OWN members or to other Maplers/Outsiders)
7) ALL assigned items to be HUNTED personally and NOT by BUYING or ASKING from other Maplers.
ALL members of EACH group must be CO-OPERATIVE and always DISCUSS as a GROUP.
9) ALL Group Leader/s to show INITIATIVE and CONSIDERATION for all members. (For e.g; Do not assign a lvl 40plus member to go and hunt for a lvl 100monster drop, or ask the member to go to a map that he/she might have never ever step into before)
10) To obey GM's instructions and Rules of Guild Event at ALL TIME during the process of the Guild Event.

In-order to enjoy the whole Guild Event and to ensure that it will be a SUCCESS, ALL members must be co-operative, must always communicate with each another as a GROUP and most importantly, DO NOT DISTURB other MAPLERS @ training.
Do always ask for permission to hunt for the drops that you need.
*Must ALWAYS use the ‘MAGIC WORDS’ like; ‘PLEASE’, ‘EXCUSE ME’, ‘MAY I…’, ‘THANK YOU’, ‘SORRY’…. Etc*

Last BUT not least, heaps and tonnes of REWARDS & MESOS PRIZES are awaiting the winners…ALL REWARDS will be equally shared among all members who participated and it will be distributed by GM Jing Jing on the eventful day, after the completion of the Guild Event.

Grand Prize : 50m mesos (to be shared among all members)
*plus mysterious A-Cash prizes for all members)

Rest of Prizes to be announced at a later date (due to final outcome of participants is not out yet)
